Mona Choo presents Bag-a-Print

Creative [SIN]ergy member Mona Choo presents Bag-a-Print, a workshop that is part of the V&A FRIDAY LATE: PEN-PAPER-SCISSORS.

Join Artist-in Residence Mona Choo to design and cut your own paper stencil and screenprint your very own design onto a bag to take home with you. No printing experience needed, just a willingness to get your hands dirty. This workshop involves cutting paper and screen printing with water-based inks.

About Friday Late at the V&A
Held on the last Friday in every month (except December) when the Museum is open from 10.00 to 22.00 with Friday Late events starting at 18.30.

Colour outside the lines at this exciting night in celebration of the V&A Illustration Awards 2009. Discover the multi-disciplinary nature of Illustration by making a stop motion movie with the Peepshow Collective and marvel at live collaborative animation by artists from jotta.com. Join a talk by inventive illustrator and writer Graham Rawle and listen to Julie Verhoeven discuss her varied practice. Illustrators from Debut Art and Dutch Uncle will battle it out at the Secret Wars Drawing contest and you can enter a competition for the a piece of the final artwork, so make sure you have your pens at the ready!

All events are free and drop-in, unless otherwise indicated. Filming and photography will be taking place at this event.
